Benjamin completed his Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Spanish and Latin American Studies at Monash University in 2017 and commenced working as a lawyer at Cathleen Corridon & Associates in 2018.

Ben practices predominantly in the Children’s Court jurisdiction, appearing on behalf of adults and children in Court and in mediation. Ben has prior legal experience in commercial litigation.

Ben has previously worked as a youth worker working with vulnerable adolescents. Ben speaks Spanish to a professional proficient level, having spent a period working as an advocate for Human Rights Defenders in Mexico.

Ben is on the Victoria Legal Aid Duty Panel and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
