Mediation Conference

Mediation is a dispute resolution method where parties are assisted by an independent third-party to reach agreement on one or more relevant issues. Parties may agree to attend mediation to resolve financial and/or parenting issues.

Mediation can take place before or in place of Court Proceedings, as well as during Court Proceedings, if deemed appropriate.

Studies show "that parties who mediate are typically more satisfied with the outcomes and abide by their agreements with a much higher rate than those who go to litigation”.
