The ongoing Response to COVID-19

In light of the current concerns about COVID-19, we want you to know that we are responding, and we ensure that we will be continuing to provide you with efficient legal services during this time.

Due to the ongoing COVID -19 Pandemic our staff are working remotely, where possible.

We take the health and safety of our clients and staff very seriously and are implementing measures to ensure that potential exposure to the virus remains limited. We are remaining up to date with the advice and directions of both the State and Federal Government and the World Health Organisation. We are keeping up to date with the regular updates of the State and Federal Courts and implementing the appropriate procedures.

We are continuing to offer appointments to new clients and, subject to waiting periods, we will continue to facilitate appointments for clients seeking to make an application for Victoria Legal Aid funding. In an effort to encourage social distancing and close contact, we will not be offering face-to-face appointments at this time and instead will be offering telephone (and video conference on request) appointments . We are fortunate to be able to provide flexibility in the ways in which we can continue to assist you with your legal matters, as we are conscious that family law issues will always remain present and can often be of an urgent and stressful nature.
